Who supplies the reports

Buying a report

Payment is handled by Stripe Managed Payments. Your order is sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), an affiliate of Stripe, is the merchant of record for all our orders and collects your payment and any applicable taxes. Link's Sold Through Link Terms apply to your payment, including taxes, refunds and any right to cancel your local consumer law gives you.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery

After payment, your reports are generated as PDF files. You can download them from your order page at placekernel.com/order, and we email download links to the email address you give at purchase. Links are valid for 7 days. If a link expires, you can request a new one at placekernel.com/order. It is sent to the same email address.

What you receive

Each report is a fixed snapshot of the research at the time of purchase. It does not change when the research is updated and does not include later updates.

Ownership and your licence

PlaceKernel owns the reports, including their text, analysis, scores, rankings and design. Data from the third-party sources named in a report remains the property of those sources. Buying a report does not transfer ownership to you. It gives you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use that report as set out below.

You may use the reports within your organisation, including your group companies and your professional advisers. If you are a consultant, you may use a report for the client you bought it for.

You may not resell or publish the reports, or share them with other clients or other third parties.

One-time purchase, no account, no subscription

Each purchase is a one-time purchase of fixed PDF reports. There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel, and nothing renews or is charged again.

Your licence to use a report has no end date. It ends only if you break these terms, for example by reselling or publishing a report, or if the purchase is refunded or charged back. When it ends, you must stop using the report and delete your copies, and its download links stop working.

We may change or stop offering reports or this website at any time. This does not affect reports you have already bought.

Nature of the reports

Reports are designed for business decision-making.

They are research for decision support, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Each report is based on the sources named in it as they stood at the purchase date. We take care to make the reports accurate, but we cannot guarantee that data from third-party sources is complete, correct or current.

Problems with a report

If a report is not delivered, is faulty or is not as described, we will fix it, deliver it again or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Liability

Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you buy apply to that purchase.
