Shortlist review

A fixed-scope engagement over 3 to 6 weeks. We narrow the field to the final two or three cities, build the business case, plan site visits, and prepare a decision paper for leadership.

About me
Since 2010, I've been building and scaling shared services operations in pharma and global companies. I established Novo Nordisk's GBS operating model in Bangalore, an operation that has since grown to around 4,000 people, and built a shared services centre of more than 200 people for Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Lisbon. I've lived in India, the Philippines, Portugal, Switzerland and across Europe, so I know many of these locations from the inside, not only from the data.
